This Return Policy applies to paid services offered by Thrivezybones, including studio tasting sessions, guided visits, and any digital content packages made available for purchase through our platform.
1. Right of Cancellation (Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel a distance contract within fourteen days of purchase without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, unless an exception applies.
To exercise this right, send a clear statement to question@thrivezybones.world before the cancellation period expires. We will confirm receipt promptly.
2. Services Already Performed
If you requested that a service begin during the cancellation period and the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent, the right to cancel may not apply to the completed portion of the service.
3. Studio Visit Cancellations
Cancellations made at least seven days before a scheduled studio visit receive a full refund. Cancellations between three and six days before the visit receive a fifty percent refund. Cancellations within forty-eight hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable, though we may offer rescheduling where capacity allows.
4. Digital Content
Where digital recipe collections or video guides are delivered immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that delivery begins upon payment and waive the cancellation right once download or streaming access has been granted, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen business days. You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been initiated.
6. Defective or Misdescribed Services
If a service was not provided as described or was materially defective, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us with details and we will assess your case individually.
